Collaborative Health Systems Enters into a Management Contract with Provider HealthLink

TAMPA, Fla. (September 13, 2024)Collaborative Health Systems (CHS), a management services organization for providers, today announced it will support the management of Medicare Advantage value-based care contracts for Provider HealthLink (PHL), an independent physician association (IPA) based in Georgia, to improve patient care and outcomes and lower costs for patients. As part of the contract, Collaborative Health Systems will also deploy additional resources to service the unique populations of the Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) community, execute plans to improve quality and deliver better patient outcomes and reduce administrative burdens for provider partners.

PHL provides services for more than 11,000 members across several Medicare Advantage health plans. Many of its providers also participate in the Accountable Care Coalition of Georgia, a Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) that is managed by CHS and comprised of 24 FQHCs that provide care for medically underserved areas and populations in Georgia.
