Collaborative Health Systems Celebrates New Value-Based Care Joint Venture in Connecticut
TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 8, 2023) – Collaborative Health Systems (CHS), a health management services organization and wholly owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation, recently celebrated a new value-based care joint venture with the Connecticut State Medical Society – Independent Practice Association designed to give its network of independent providers greater opportunity to improve patient care and outcomes and lower costs for their Medicare Advantage patients. “Collaborative Health Systems is excited to expand our relationship with our providers in Connecticut by offering a value-based care option,” said Brian Steele, DO, chief medical officer at CHS.
