Arizona Best Care Network and Collaborative Health Systems Announce Partnership to Promote Better Health in Rural Arizona for Medicare Beneficiaries
The relationship aims to improve quality outcomes and lower healthcare costs through enhanced care coordination and advanced health analytics. CHS’s longstanding success in value-based care programs combines with ABC Network’s drive to collaborate with providers to maximize performance, benefiting more than 6,500 Medicare beneficiaries.
The partnership focuses on providing care to the underserved and vulnerable populations through Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and a regional health center.
